wednesdays in april

3 pm — chair yoga (4/1 & 4/15)
gentle, supported movement. perfect if you’re easing in or just need something kind on your body.

4 pm — yoga
kundalini (4/1, 4/15): breath + energy + a little spark
chair yoga (4/8, 4/22): slower, grounding, accessible

5 pm — stillpoint
a guided reset for your nervous system.
this is where things get quiet in the best way.

6:30 pm — midweek uplift (4/15, 4/22, 4/29)
music, message, and a moment to reconnect with what matters.
