It all works.
Most people begin at 6:30 PM with Uplift, a gentle space for conversation and reflection.
You’re also welcome to come earlier and ease into the evening in whatever way feels right.
Whether your body needs a little movement, your mind needs stillness, or you just want a place to sit for a bit—there’s no right way to do this.
