It’s a place to pause, listen, and reconnect a bit midweek.
If your week has felt like a lot, this is an easy place to start.
You’re welcome to just come for that.
Want to come earlier?
Some people like to ease into the evening.
There’s usually something happening earlier in the afternoon—
movement, quiet space, or time to just sit and be.
