Tai-Chi

Every Monday 6:00-9:00pm and Every Tuesday 8:00am Beginning/9:00am Intermediate/10:00am.
Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that is practiced today as a graceful form of meditative exercise. A series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, Tai Chi may be thought of as a type of yoga in that it includes various physical postures, along with meditation. Science demonstrates that regular practice achieves the benefits of Tai Chi – balance in mind and body, health and self-protection.
Beginning, intermediate and advanced classes meet weekly under the direction of a Certified Tai chi teacher.
