Every Monday at 6:00pm and every Tuesday at 8:00am, join Tai Chi Sufi Jas Minkel in practicing the art of relaxation in the mindful moving meditation of Tai Chi Chuan with the Yang Family 108 Long Form. The benefits of Tai Chi include balance in mind and body, health and self-protection achieved through a practice of self-awareness. All levels of competency are invited including beginners.
