With all that is going on in the world, probably one of the most important and nurturing things we can do for ourselves and our community is to practice being fully present in the HERE and the NOW moment.

The intention for this evening is to create space to align our heart’s in the Vibrations of deep inner peace and oneness. In this place, in the here and the now, there is nothing to fix, nothing to figure out, and nothing to prove or defend, from this deeper place of peace, we tap into an inner sanctuary of peace, a place of refuge within, and in this vibration I have a greater capacity to respond to life from a ground of inner peace and wise knowing that is so much more vast then my intellect or ego that is trying to control the world!

Experience the dynamic vibration and healing sounds of the Mantra, Paiste Symphonic Gongs, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Quarts Chakra Bowls and we’ll call upon the ancestral wisdom with Native American Drum and Flute.

We will close the journey with a beautiful song and chant to share the inner peace that we have cultivated with the world!

Bring a blanket since it is summer’s now and the air conditioning and fan will be running you may become cold during the immersion session!

Please bring a pillow, yoga mat, blanket, or you’re free to sit in a chair. There will be some yoga mats for those who need one. Come early if you need one.
