Your midweek reset begins at 3 PM.
Come as you are. Stay for what you need.

Start with movement. Ease in gently and loosen what the week has tightened. This isn’t about performance—just reconnecting to your body. Whether it’s Chair Yoga or Kundalini, you’ll leave feeling more open, more like yourself.

Pause in the StillPoint. This is the exhale—a quiet, guided space to drop beneath the noise. Through sound, silence, and breath, whatever you’ve been carrying can begin to soften.

Then land it. We don’t just lift you up—we help you integrate it. Through real conversation and grounded meditation, you’ll take something meaningful with you into the rest of your week.

Join anytime between 3–6:30 PM. Flow in when you can. Stay as long as you like.

4 PM — Yoga
Kundalini (4/1, 4/15): Breath, energy, and a little spark
Chair Yoga (4/8, 4/22): Slower, grounding, and accessible

5 PM — StillPoint
A reset for your nervous system. This is where things get quiet—in the best way.

6:30 PM — Midweek Uplift (4/15, 4/22, 4/29)
A short talk, open conversation, and meditation.  A moment to reconnect with what matters. Simple. Real. Surprisingly powerful.
