With all that is going on in the world and as we get ready to meet our families and friends for the holidays, this is a perfect time to come and align in a sacred vibes journey of warmth, love and unity, and enter the Holidays in peaceful vibes and deeper sense of unity consciousness!

With some powerful vibes, our intentional practice will be to cultivate a sacred space within ourselves and together we will cultivate a ground of universal truth of our oneness with each other and all of life!

The evening will be an empowering evening of tuning into and experiencing the expanding energy of love, peace, and gratitude in every area of your life.

The Healing Sounds Immersion, music, mantra, breath-work and guided meditation are all designed to balance and create the dynamic vibrations of gratitude for Mind, Body, Emotions.

The evening will include Sound Bath, Mantra music, simple to follow chanting (if you’d like to join in).

Please come join as we connect and expand the energy of peace and oneness and enjoy the beautiful combination of Mantra music and guided meditation. This will be woven with the Ancient sounds of Tibetan Bowls, Paiste Symphonic Gongs and Native American flute.

Bring a blanket since you may become cold during the practices! Please bring a pillow, yoga mat, blanket, or you’re free to sit in a chair. Please bring your own mat but if you don’t have one, there will be some yoga mats for those who need one. Come a little early if you need one and to claim your space!
