The main objective in this course is to provide a safe and fun place to embrace practical spirituality for everyday living. Included here are the classic writings of Ernest Holmes plus the insight and wisdom of historical and modern metaphysicians. Skills acquired during this study include various forms of  meditation,  the five-step process of treatment, and creating affirmations for our personal use.  This is the first course for individuals who are new to this teaching and will provide a basic understanding of the philosophy and how to apply it to the good life.
