At the Center for Spiritual Living Palm Springs, Wednesday evenings offer that opportunity. We call it the Midweek Reset—a gentle rhythm of movement, reflection, and inspiration designed to help you return to what matters most.
The evening begins at 4:00 pm with yoga, continues with a quiet reflective moment we call The Still Point, and concludes at 6:30 pm with The Uplift, a short talk, conversation, and meditation exploring practical spiritual ideas for everyday life.
You can come for one part of the evening or stay for the full experience.
Often people arrive feeling busy or distracted—and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more centered.
Yoga for Every Body
Our Wednesday yoga offering rotates to support different needs and comfort levels.
On the first and third Wednesdays, Mark leads Kundalini Yoga, a practice that combines breath, movement, mantra, and meditation to awaken energy and calm the nervous system.

On the second and fourth Wednesdays, Belle offers a welcoming Chair Yoga class that uses a chair for support while still allowing participants to enjoy the benefits of stretching, breath, and mindful movement.
Both practices are approachable for beginners and supportive for those returning to yoga after time away.
Yoga here isn’t about perfect poses.
It’s about reconnecting with your breath, your body, and the deeper awareness already within you.
After yoga, many people stay for a few quiet minutes known as The Still Point. Some walk the labyrinth in silent reflection. Others simply sit and enjoy the calm of the space.
Movement opens the body.
Stillness quiets the mind.
And in that quiet, something new can begin to emerge.\
The Uplift
At 6:30 pm, the evening continues with The Uplift, guided by our Staff Ministers—Rev. G, Rev. Ed, and Rev. Judy.
Together we explore spiritual ideas drawn from the teachings of Science of Mind and reflect on how these principles can be lived in everyday life.
Rather than a lecture, The Uplift is a conversation—an opportunity to listen, reflect, and discover new perspectives that can bring greater clarity, compassion, and purpose to the week ahead.
