About Mike Wright 

A native of the Coachella Valley, Mike Wright has spent over 30 years editing for major entertainment companies including HGTV, The Food Network, The CW, and Warner Brothers, earning an Annie Award nomination for Best Editing of a Television Special. Trained in sound design by Academy Award–winner Tomlinson Holman—creator of the THX sound system for George Lucas—Mike brings cinematic mastery and sensitivity to his sound meditations, which he has been facilitating for the past decade.

NOTE Bring a blanket since you may become cold during the practices! Please bring a pillow, yoga mat, blanket, or you’re free to sit in a chair. Please bring your own mat but if you don’t have one, there will be some yoga mats, blankets and pillows for those who need one. Come a little early to get settled and to claim your space!
