🌀 Six-Week Stability Class: A guided Tai Chi and Science of Mind-based program focused on enhancing daily balance and relaxation through a simple, equipment-free routine. Ideal for aging adults seeking to maintain physical stability and reduce fall-related risks.

👤 Instructor: Jas, a certified Tai Chi Sufi with 15 years of practice, 10 years of teaching, and 40 years in Science of Mind, leads the class. His aim is both personal and communal wellness.

💰 Cost: $50 fee paid to CSLPS. The class may be repeated anytime as a love offering to support the Center.

🕒 Schedule: The class day and time will change with each six week offering, providing weekday morning, afternoon, and early evening offerings as well as Saturday morning.
