4 pm — yoga
kundalini or chair
a chance to move a little
and let some of the week loosen up
5 pm — stillpoint
a quiet space to sit
or just take a breath
6:30 pm — midweek uplift
we come together
we talk a little
we sit for a bit
and somewhere in there
you start to feel like you’re not the only one
come as you are
you don’t need to know anyone
you don’t need to be in a “good place”
you don’t need to stay the whole time
you can just come for a bit
or stay for the flow
