SUMMARY:Sound Bath : Beyond the Veil
DESCRIPTION:A Candlelight Sacred Sound Journey with Rev. Mark Accomando \nWhat does my Soul need to know? \nWe spend much of our lives playing roles\, meeting expectations\, and carrying stories about who we think we’re supposed to be. \nBut beneath all those layers\, who are we really? \nJoin Rev. Mark Accomando for a 75-minute candlelit journey of sacred sound\, meditation\, and gentle breathwork designed to help you quiet the outside world and reconnect with your authentic Self. \nSurrounded by the resonant vibrations of gongs\, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls\, Native American flute\, drums\, and other sacred instruments\, you’ll be invited to rest deeply\, reflect\, and explore what you’re ready to release. \nAt this time of year\, when traditions speak of the veil between worlds growing thin\, we’ll also create space to remember loved ones who have passed and honor the wisdom and love they leave with us. \nAn invitation to slow down\, listen inward\, and rediscover what matters most. \nAdmission: $25 \nWhat to Bring\nBring a yoga mat\, pillow\, and blanket for your comfort. You’re also welcome to experience the journey seated in a chair. A limited number of mats and pillows will be available. \nPlease arrive a little early to settle in. \nCome as you are. Leave a little closer to yourself.
