DESCRIPTION:Join Rev. Mark for an immersive evening of restorative sound and meditation. Using crystal singing bowls\, chimes\, and other resonant instruments\, this sound bath invites participants to relax deeply while the vibrations of sound help quiet the mind and release tension in the body. \nParticipants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably as the sound meditation unfolds. The experience includes a brief settling meditation followed by an extended period of immersive sound designed to support deep relaxation and inner stillness. \nNo meditation or yoga experience is required. \nWhat to Bring\n• Yoga mat or blanket• Pillow or cushion for comfort• Optional eye mask \nComfortable clothing is recommended. \nPlease arrive a few minutes early to settle in before the session begins. \n$25.00 is the suggested donation.  Let the healing sounds elevate your spirit!
